My Meal is formulated with Bovine derived collagen, which is composed primarily of Types I & III collagens. Type I and Type III collagens are highly beneficial for overall head-to-toe connective tissue health.

Yes, My Meal is relatively low in carbohydrates, containing approximately 10g per serving derived primarily from low GI Palatinose (GI:32). That being said, Diabetics should factor the product’s carbohydrate & sugar content into their daily diet plan and continue to regularly monitor their blood glucose levels to ensure that it is maintained within the recommended range.

My Meal includes key ingredients such as bovine-derived collagen peptides and high-quality dairy protein. Because of the collagen & dairy content, it is unfortunately not suitable for those following a vegetarian diet.

As My Meal is formulated with 100% safe ingredients commonly found in everyday foods, it can be considered safe for use during pregnancy.   That being said, My Meal is fortified with added vitamins & minerals and it is generally recommended that pregnant & nursing women consult with their healthcare or nutritional professionals before taking additional vitamins and mineral supplements.

My Meal is 100% GMO free and formulated 100% from approved ingredients that are commonly found in everyday foodstuffs.

My Meal is formulated to be 100% Gluten Free.  That being said, the product is blended & packed in a facility that does  process gluten containing products.  An allergen control program is in place and whilst the likelyhood of traces of gluten entering the product through the priocessing equipment is very low, we are unable to make a “100% gluten free” claim without having independent allergen testing conducted on every batch, which is unfortunately cost prohibitive.

Yes, My Meal is manufactured in a facility that is fully GMP & HACCP compliant and which is independently audited and certified anually to International  FSSC22000 standards.
